BID REQUEST FOAM FILLED TIRES

Harris County is requesting bids for the provision and mounting of four (4) foam filled tires for heavy equipment in its Solid Waste Department, located at 4070 Barnes Mill Road, Hamilton. Tires being requested are four (4) 23.5R25 Maxam MS501, or equivalent. The Specification and Bid Form, which must be used in submitting a bid, may be obtained by contacting Nancy McMichael, County Clerk, at nmcmichael@harriscountyga.gov with subject line “Foam Filled Tires”. Bid envelopes must be sealed, bear the name of bidding company, bear the notation “BID: FOAM FILLED TIRES”, be to the attention of County Clerk, and be received at Harris County Commissioners, 104 North College Street, PO Box 365, Hamilton, GA 31811-0365, by 2:15 PM, Wednesday, August 5, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their bid arrives at the proper location by the time and date indicated. Facsimile, e-mail, telephone and/or late bids will not be accepted or considered.
