BID REQUEST – ROAD PATCHING

Harris County is accepting bids for the patching six (6) county roads, to include saw cut, dig out, provide and compact asphalt, etc., for approximately464 SY. Bid documents, which include details and bid forms that must be used to submit a bid, can be obtained by contacting Nancy McMichael, County Clerk, via e-mail at nmcmichael@harriscountyga.gov with the subject line “Patch 6 Roads”. Project is to be completed by June 30, 2021. Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, February 9, 2021, in the Conference Room of the Commissioners’ Office in Hamilton, GA. Project must be completed by June 30, 2021. Bids shall be sealed, bear the notation “BID: patch 6 ROADS 2021″, be addressed to the attention of County Clerk, and be received at the office of the Harris County Board of Commissioners, 104 North College Street, Post Office Box 365, Hamilton, Georgia 31811-0365, by 1:45 PM, Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their bid arrives at the proper location by the time and date indicated. Harris County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
