Harris County is accepting bids for the design, installation and servicing of recreational
sports lighting of the Harris County Soccer practice and game fields, located at:
10250 Georgia Highway 116, Hamilton, Georgia.
Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, specialized equipment, and services required for the project, as well as supply ten (10) new cross arms, new light bulbs (halogen or LED) and replacement wiring for the used light fixtures.
Mandatory pre-bid conference will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 3, 2020, at the Soccer Complex pavilion. Bid package, which includes details and all forms that must be used in submitting a bid, can be obtained by contacting:

Bid envelope/package must be sealed, bear the notation “BID: SOCCER FIELD LIGHTING”,

at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Project to be completed by June 30, 2021. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their bid arrives at the proper location by the time and date indicated. Facsimiles, e-mails, telephone or late bids will not be accepted or considered. Harris County reserves the right to waive any requirements and/or specifications included, to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any bid that in its judgment best serves the interest of the County and is deemed to be most suitable for its needs.
