The Board of County Commissioners, during their April 13, 2023 work session, approved to continue to study impact fees to collect fees for Parks and Recreation, Sheriff’s Office, Jail, Fire Protection, EMS, and 911. Therefore, the Board will conduct two public hearings regarding the proposed imposition of impact fees. These two public hearings will be held on May 16 and June 6, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Harris County Courthouse, 102 N. College Street, Room 223, in Hamilton. The public is encouraged to attend and participate in these public hearings.
