The county’s unified development code (UDC) has been in development since early 2020. After many public meetings, public hearings with the Planning Commission and Board of Commissioners, and general discussions, the UDC is now ready for final adoption.
The UDC has been finalized and has been posted to the county’s website for public review.
The Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing and then consider adopting the UDC during its November 1, 2022 commission meeting. To view the final version of the UDC, click on the link below.
