Due to recent issues with postal delivery, at their July 16, 2024 meeting, the Board of Commissioners approved a one-time waiver of late fees for water bill late fees billed in April and/or May of 2024.
To be eligible, you must have timely paid your water bill during the months of December of 2023, January of 2024, and February of 2024.
To take advantage of this opportunity, please follow these simple steps:
- Fill out the Request for Waiver of Late Fees The form is available here or at the Water Works offices located at 920 Grant Road, Cataula or the Board of Commissioners office located at 102 N. College Street, Hamilton.
- Submit your Request Once you have completed your form, submit it to Water Works by dropping it off at 920 Grant Road, Cataula on or before October 31, 2024.
Regular billing for water usage remains unaffected, and we encourage all residents to continue paying their bills promptly to avoid additional charges. If you have any questions, please contact Water Works at 706-324-1175.
