The Environmental Protection Division (EPD) has officially declared a Level One drought for Harris County, Georgia. During a Level One drought declaration, it is essential for everyone to take proactive steps to use water responsibly. Outdoor watering may ONLY occur between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
