Harris County Water Works Department has teamed up with Xpress Bill Pay to offer county water customers the ability to pay their water bill numerous ways and to view and track their previous water usage. Beginning June 1, county water customers have the following ways to pay their monthly water bill:
- Pay On-line using a credit card, debit card, automatic bank draft (autopay), or e-check at the website below. When you are prompted to enter your account number, please use the customer number found on your paper statement.
- Pay by Phone by calling 1-800-720-6847 and using an interactive response system.
- Pay in Person at the Water Works Department (11505 SR 315, Cataula) using cash, money order, check, credit card, or debit card during normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Pay by U.S. Mail by sending a check or money order to 11505 Georgia Highway 315, Cataula, GA 31804.
Please note: if using a credit card, debit card, or e-check, there will be a
$3 convenience fee added to each transaction for the first $100
or 3% of the total bill if over $100.
