Harris County, GA, is accepting sealed bids for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment for the Airport Apron Rejuvenation project at the Harris County Airport.
Sealed bids will be received at:
Harris County Commissioners, 104 N. College Street, PO Box 365, Hamilton, GA 31811, until 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 23, 2021.
Bid documents may be examined during normal business hours at LeadEdge Design Group, Inc., 300 Parkbrooke Place, Suite 100, Woodstock, GA 30189, and may be obtained from LeadEdge upon payment of a non-refundable cost of $100 for digital format (pdf) or a non-refundable cost of $500 for printed set of bid documents.
- Payment will be accepted in the form of a check or money order and can be mailed to Amanda Rostin at LeadEdge Design Group. Allow 24 business hours for processing of digital format (pdf) and 72 business hours for processing of printed documents upon receipt of payment by LeadEdge.
- Bidders are required to obtain bid documents from LeadEdge at least 24 business hours prior to Bid opening.
- No bid will be accepted from a bidder whose name is not included on the plan holder’s list. Bidders are required to submit all questions in writing to arostin@leadedgedesign.com, and the deadline for questions is 5:00 PM, Thursday, September 16, 2021.
- All bidders must be licensed as required by the State of Georgia and prequalified by the Georgia Department of Transportation.
