New Equipment is Purchased

Harris County is continually replacing vehicles and equipment as the existing ones become non-operational. The county has recently purchased a new dump truck for the Public Works Department, new garbage truck for the Solid Waste Department, a flatbed dump truck for the Water Works Department, six pick-up trucks for the Sheriff’s Office, and coming soon an ambulance for the EMS Department and another garbage truck for Solid Waste.
