REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

Harris County is requesting qualifications from professional and qualified companies with substantial IP telephony, data networking, and unified communications experience in installing and servicing VOIP or other appropriate commercial telephone systems regarding the replacement of a 10+ year old analog telephone system with a new telephone system to consist of a turnkey solution to include ordering, shipping, delivering, storing, security, installing, configuring, database collection, database entry, testing, employee training, cut-over, post cut-over support, and servicing with government offices in different locations.
The RFQ documents may be obtained by contacting Nancy McMichael, County Clerk, via email at nmcmichael@harriscountyga.gov with the subject line “RFQ Telephone
Installation & Service”. Responses, consisting of one (1) paper original and four (4) photocopied sets of all originals, are due by or before 2:00 PM, Friday, July 3, 2020, at which time only the names of the responders will be publicly read aloud. It is the responsibility of the responder to ensure that their response arrives at the proper location by the date and time indicated. Facsimile, email, telephone or late responses will not be accepted or considered. Harris County reserves the right to reject any or all responses.
