Stacy K. Haralson, Harris County Clerk of Superior Court, received the 2021 COAG (Constitutional Officers Association of Georgia) Officer of the Year award, for the State of Georgia. There are 4 Constitutional Officers in each of Georgia’s counties; Sheriff, Clerk of Superior Court, Probate Judge and Tax Commissioner, for a total of 636 members. Stacy was also sworn in as the President Elect for the 2021-22 COAG Board.”
