INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids. Harris County is accepting sealed bids for Water Main Upgrades for GA Hwy 219 until 11:00 AM on Friday, September 7, 2018, at the Harris County Board of Commissioners’ Office, 104 North College Street, Hamilton, GA 31811 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid are to be sent to the attention of County Clerk. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
Pre-Bid Meeting. A pre-bid meeting will not be required.
