Harris County Water Works Department has teamed up with Xpress Bill Pay to offer county water customers the ability to pay their water bill numerous ways and to view and track their previous water usage. County water customers have the following ways to pay their monthly water bill:
Pay Online
Using a credit card, debit card, automatic bank draft (autopay), or e-check at the website below.
Pay by Phone
By calling 1-800-720-6847 and using an interactive response system.
Pay by U.S Mail
By sending a check or money order to: Harris County Water Works, 920 Grant Road, Cataula, GA 31804
Pay in Person
Inside the Harris County Water Works Department or the drive-thru window, 920 Grant Road, Cataula, GA, using cash, money orders, credit card, or debit card. Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
At the Harris County Water Works Department 24/7 Drop Box (by the front door), 920 Grant Road, Cataula, GA, using checks only. Please do not use cash or money orders at this location.
At the Harris County Administration Building 24/7 Drop Box (by the front door), 104 N. College Street, Hamilton, GA. Please do not use cash or money orders at this location.
Please note: if using a credit card, debit card, or e-check, there will be a $3 convenience fee added to each transaction for the first $100 or 3% of the total bill if over $100.
