Harris County Water Works Department has teamed up with Xpress Bill Pay to offer county water customers the ability to pay their water bill numerous ways and to view and track their previous water usage. County water customers have the following ways to pay their monthly water bill:

Using a credit card, debit card, automatic bank draft (autopay), or e-check at Xpress Bill Pay. First Time Users can Click Here for more information.
Please note: if using a credit card, debit card, or e-check, there will be a $3 convenience fee added to each transaction for the first $100 or 3% of the total bill if over $100.
