Northwest Harris Business Park, West Point, GA.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Build road, storm drainage, water sewer, gas as well as grade the 35-acre site.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials & equipment to complete project as per plans and specifications.
BID BOND:
A cashier’s check or bid bond for 5% of the amount of bid and made payable to Harris County Board of Commissioners must accompany each bid as evidence of good faith.

Bid documents and plans are available at a cost of $50.00 per set at the Harris Gray office, 824 Third Ave., West Point, GA. 31833, medge@harris-gray.com (706) 645-5885. Said cost represents the cost of printing and reproduction, therefore, no refund will be issued.
PRE-BID
A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled on THURSDAY, JULY 21, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. EST at the Harris County Commissioners office, 104 North College Street, Hamilton, GA. Bidder must provide a list of qualifications and a history of work for the past 24 months.
RECEIPT OF BIDS:
Sealed bids of one (1) original and two (2) complete photocopies for the work described herein shall be received until:
