INVITATION TO BID-Removal of Gasoline Storage Tanks

Harris County is accepting bids from professional and qualified companies with substantial experience in removing underground gasoline storage tanks and disposing of same in accordance with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division (EPD) rules and regulations. The bid documents may be obtained by contacting Nancy McMichael, County Clerk, via email at nmcmichael@harriscountyga.gov with the subject line “ITB for UST”. Deadline for questions related to bid is Friday, July 17, 2020, at 5:00 PM. Bids, consisting of one (1) paper original and two (2) photocopied sets of all originals, must be sent to the attention of Nancy McMichael, County Clerk, and received at Harris County Board of Commissioners, 104 North College Street, Post Office Box 365, Hamilton, GA 31811-0365, by2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their bid arrives at the proper location by the date and time indicated. Facsimile, email, telephone or late bids will not be accepted or considered. Harris County reserves the right to reject any or all responses.
