Notice of Budget Workshops and Public Hearings

The Harris County Board of Commissioners’ proposed FY 2021-22 budget is available for public review. The proposed budget is available at the county administration building located at 104 N. College Street in Hamilton, GA during normal business hours and on the county’s website, www.harriscountyga.gov

The Board of County Commissioners will conduct three workshops and two public hearings regarding the proposed budget according to the schedule below:

• Budget Workshop #1 – Tuesday, May 4, 2021 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Courthouse, 2^nd
• Budget Workshop #2 – Tuesday, May 18, 2021 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Courthouse, 2^nd
• Budget Workshop #3 – Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. at the Courthouse, 2^nd
• Budget Public Hearing #1 – Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Courthouse, 2^nd
• Budget Public Hearing #2 – Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at the Courthouse, 2^nd
• Budget Adoption – Tuesday, June 15, 2021 after public hearing #2 at the Courthouse, 2^nd
