PRISON CCTV SYSTEM UPGRADE BID REQUEST
Harris County is accepting bids for the installation of a Closed Circuit TV System upgrade at the Harris County Prison, located at 9983 GA Highway 116, Hamilton, GA. Bidders must be pre-qualified per the bid contracting requirements, and pre-qualification deadline is November 28 at 2:00 PM. Mandatory pre-bid conference of qualified bidders will be held at 2:30 PM, Monday, December 11, 2017 in the Conference Room of the Commissioners Office, located at 104 North College Street, Hamilton, GA. Project start date will be specified in the Notice to Proceed and must be completed within 90 days of same. The bid package, which includes bid/contracting requirements, project manual, drawings and other forms that must be used in submitting a bid, can be obtained by sending an email to nmcmichael@harriscountyga.gov with the subject line CCTV Bid. Bid must be valid at least 120 days from bid date. Bids must be sealed, bear the notation “BID: PRISON CCTV SYSTEM UPGRADE”, be addressed to the attention of County Clerk, and be received at Harris County Board of Commissioners, 104 North College Street, Post Office Box 365, Hamilton, GA 31811-0365, by 2:00 PM, Friday, December 22, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their bid arrives at the proper location by the time and date indicated. Harris County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Non-compliance with instructions may serve as cause for rejection of bid.
