As part of the construction of Phase IV of the Man O’ War Railroad Recreation Trail, the railroad bridge over U.S. 27 in Pine Mountain will be rehabilitated and repainted. To perform this work, one lane of U.S. 27 directly under the railroad bridge will be closed to traffic beginning Monday, July 12 until early September, weather permitting. Only one lane will be closed and flaggers will be on-site to facilitate traffic control. This work will be performed only Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. U.S. 27 will not be closed, just one lane.
