REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

The Harris County Board of Commissioners is seeking a Construction Manager for the Roofing, Mechanical and Partial Rehabilitation of the Harris County Courthouse.  The CM will function as a CM As Constructor (CM/GC).  A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the 102 N. College Street, Room 223, Hamilton, GA 31811, at 10:00 AM on January 28, 2022.  The deadline for Proposals is February 11, 2022.  The estimated budget for the work is $3.5 million and is locally funded.  Interested General Contractors should request the RFP/Q package by contacting 2WR Architects by email at Alex@2WRarch.com.
