Harris County is accepting proposals from professional companies to provide, install and service a new automated fuel management system for the County’s fleet of vehicles and equipment at two sites. RFQ documents can be obtained by contacting Nancy McMichael, County Clerk, at nmcmichael@harriscountyga.gov with subject line “RFQ Fuel Management”. Inquiry deadline is 4:00 PM, Friday, October 18, 2019. Responses, consisting of one (1) original and six (6) complete copies of the proposal, shall be sealed and bear the notation “RFQ Fuel Management System”, be addressed to the attention of the County Clerk, and be received at the office of the Harris County Commissioners, 104 North College Street, PO Box 365, Hamilton, GA 31811-0365 by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at which time only the names of the responding companies will be read. It is the responsibility of the responder to ensure that their response arrives at the proper location by the time indicated. Facsimile, e-mail, telephone or late responses will not be accepted or considered. Harris County reserves the right to reject any or all responses.
