During the first commission meeting of 2021, Bobby Irions was seated as the new commissioner from District 4 due to the retirement of Harry Lange, who chose not to run for re-election, and Susan Andrews was seated as a continuing commissioner from District 5. Both Commissioner Irions’ and Andrews’ four-year term of office begins January 1, 2021 and continues until December 31, 2024. Also, during the first commission meeting of the new year, the commissioners selected Andrew Zuerner to serve as Chairman for 2021 replacing Becky Langston and Rob Grant to serve as Vice-Chairman for 2021 replacing Andrew Zuerner. The Chairman and Vice-Chairman positions are filled each year by a vote among the five commissioners.
