MOWER REQUEST FOR QUOTES

Harris County is requesting quotes for four (4) new, unused zero turn riding lawn mowers for the Recreation Department, the Prison and the Airport. Documents, which contain the specifications and quote form that must be used in submitting a quote, can be obtained by contacting Nancy McMichael, County Clerk, via email at nmcmichael@harriscountyga.gov using the subject line “Mowers”. Response envelopes must be sealed and bear the notation “QUOTE: MOWERS 2019”, be addressed to the attention of County Clerk, Harris County Board of Commissioners, 104 North College Street, PO Box 365, Hamilton, Georgia 31811-0365, and be received by 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. It is the responsibility of the responders to assure their quotes arrive at the proper location by the time indicated. Facsimiles, e-mails, telephone or late quotes will not be accepted or considered. Harris County reserves the right to waive any requirements and/or specifications included, to reject any or all quotes, waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any quote that in its judgment best services the interest of the County and is deemed to be more suitable for its needs.
