The new Harris County Library, located at 7511 Georgia Highway 116 next to the Community Center, will have a dedication ceremony and open house at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 29. The public is encouraged to attend this event. The new library will also open to the public at that time. The old library on North College Street will close on Wed. February 28 at 6:00 p. m. to relocate all materials to the new library. The old library will remain closed until the new library is opened.
