The Harris County Tax Commissioner has mailed the 2020 property tax bills to all property owners. The tax bills are due no later than December 20, 2020 or interest and penalties will apply according to state law. There are numerous ways to pay your tax bill this year in the era of COVID-19:

Pay On-line using: a credit card, debit card, or PayPal at the website below:
Click on the “Search and Pay Property Taxes” button in the upper left-hand corner of the web page and type in the property owners name to see the tax bill and pay.
Pay at 24-hour Drop Box at: Harris County Administration Building, 104 N. College Street in Hamilton. Checks only, no cash. Include the top half of the Property Tax Statement with your payment in a sealed envelope.
Pay in Person at: Tax Commissioner’s Office in the Harris County Courthouse (102 N. College Street in Hamilton) using cash, money order, check, credit card, or debit card during normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Please note: if using a credit card or debit card, there will be a 2.5% convenience fee added to each transaction.
