Notice is hereby given that an aplication has been filed by Mark & Terri Braddy for a Special Use Permit for Private Kennel on property located at 1101 Moon Road, Shiloh on Map 088, Parcel 048, Land Lot 109, Land District 22, and zoned A-1 (Agricultural & Forestry).
Notice is further given that a public hearing regarding said application will be heard by the Harris County Planning Commission in Room 223 of the Harris County Courthouse in Hamilton, GA, on August 15, 2018, at 7:15 PM, or thereafter as it appears on the agenda, at which time interested persons will be given the opportunity to speak in favor of or in opposition to the application.
Notice is also further given that on September 4, 2018, the Harris County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing regarding said application in Room 223 of the Harris County Courthouse in Hamilton, GA, at 7:30 PM, or thereafter as it appears on the agenda, at which time interested persons will be given the opportunity to speak in favor of or in opposition to the application.
